		<description>The concept behind my speech isn&#039;t anti-college or anything. It&#039;s really more about greater acceptance of a variety of ways to live your life. Sure, college has non-economic benefits. I went to college, I experienced them. But it&#039;s a chicken and egg scenario.

If more options were available besides college, then more people would choose those ways and those options would also have non-economic benefits. 

I read your blog and I&#039;m glad your wife had a good time at Clemson, but my kids have taught me quickly that their lives are going to be *their* lives. Trying to give them all the fun times I had growing up has backfired. That&#039;s ultimately where this speech originates from.</description>
